MSW Gasification Plant at Biratnagarar
The Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) Gasification Plant is designed to process 10 tons of municipal waste daily over a 10-hour operational cycle, transforming waste into Refuse-Derived Fuel (RDF) pellets and converting it into syngas for energy production.

Pasteurization plant for Mushroom substrate
The mushroom substrate pasteurization plant is designed to efficiently process up to 15,000 kg of raw substrate using a combination of heat recovery and recirculation systems. The components ensure precise control over the pasteurization process, maximizing efficiency while maintaining substrate quality. The system provides a sustainable and efficient solution for mushroom cultivation, ensuring consistent pasteurization for high-quality yields.

Vertical Fire Tube Boiler – 50 kg/hr
The vertical 3-pass fire tube boiler is designed to efficiently produce 50 kg/hr of steam at an operating pressure of 10 bar, with a power output of 37.1 kW. The system is equipped with temperature and pressure regulation components, including thermal sensors, pressure sensors, a safety valve, fusible plug, and a PLC-based control system for seamless operation. The boiler can burn wood with consumption rates of 11.22 kg/hr.
